Shared files are corrupted for me only when I open them via my Windows desktop app and not the web.
Hello
I've run into an issue where files in a shared folder for our organization are showing as corrupted for me. It is not all files, but most. And it includes files I uploaded yesterday. It is affecting Word, Excel, JPEG, and PDF Files. I can access the files through the web client without issue, and other users in the organization are able to access the files via explorer currently. So it would seem to be an issue with my interface only.
My subscription is a Plus account. I'm running Windows 10. Any suggestions are appreciated
Thank you

Thanks for letting us know about this on the forum, craigwfulton!
If you right-click on one of those files in your local Dropbox folder, are you seeing an option to make it available offline perhaps? If you do, please select that option and wait till it’s fully downloaded to your device. Are you able to open it then?
If not, I’d like a full screenshot of what you see on your Windows device, when accessing these files.
Keep me posted for any updates.
