You should be able to see them as long as you didnt delete/remove them from your account (i.e. they did actually upload) AND you logged in to your account frequently. If you didnt log in for over 12 months the account is removed and its not possible to recover.

No, we can't check. No one here has access to your account. Mark and I don't work for Dropbox. If you still have an account you should be able to sign in to it using the email address and password you used for the account. If you don't remember your password or it has expired, you can reset your password if you still have access to your email address.
