Problems opening documents in the Dropbox App.

I am often unable to open documents in the Dropbox App. When co-workers send a link to a Dropbox folder, I am always easily able to open them. Sometimes I have to go back to these links rather than open directly in the app. Is this a problem with my settings?

    Hi dave562

We need to know WHY you cannot open without using the link again - whats the error/issue etc.?

Thanks for the response. On some documents, it will just say "loading" but will never load. Other documents come up without issue.

Also, I have S Mode/Dropbox Lite.  Perhaps that is the problem?

Hi dave562, thanks for posting here!

Have you tried switching S mode off, and installing our stable version, by any chance?

Also, do you notice the "loading" problem with all of your files, or specific ones? Are these documents inside your account, or do you simply access them using shared links?

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
