PowerPoint for Web not Opening in order to edit the file

In the past week, every time my team tries to open a PPT from DropBox, it will only open for preview and not for edit. When we try to use PowerPoint for the web, a new tab will open and will appear to load correctly, but we are left with a blank white screen. I have tried opening them in different browsers (Chrome and Microsoft Edge) with the same blank page result. I tried clearing my cache and, again, no change. This is happening on all the computers that are signed into our DropBox, not just my personal computer.

Additionally, the files we are trying to open are our personal PPTs not anything shared with us. Lastly, the documents, PDFs, and jpgs load just fine. It is just the PPTs.

Please advise. This problem limits our ability to perform our jobs.

Hey YBeFitWellness, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Would you mind sending us a couple of screenshots, showing how the file looks in the preview and how it looks when you open it with PowerPoint for the web?

If you download the file to your computer and open it with the local PowerPoint app, does it work?

Let me know and we'll go from there.

I have attached the images for both the preview and the PowerPoint on the Web.

When we download it, we can access the PowerPoint just fine, like normal.

        Hi YBeFitWellness!

I hope you're having a great day, and don't mind me jumping in here.

Can you try in Firefox (which isn't Chromium based like Edge and Chrome) to see if you can replicate the issue there?

Also give it a try in "incognito" mode and let me know what you see.
