Error 500 when attempting to download files
When I attempt to download a couple of very large folders, I get an Error 500 message. How can I download these folder?
Thanks. I was able to get it resolved by downloading smaller groups of files! I'm good now.

Hey Russ B.3, Error 500 could mean a backend issue. How big are your folders? If it is larger than 20 GB or contains more than 10000 files, it could be problematic https://www.dropbox.com/help/desktop-web/download-entire-folders. If you are beyond those limits, you may install the Desktop app, and sync the folders to your local disc. You may use selective sync to specifically sync only the folders you need.

Thanks. I was guessing file size might be a problem. I'll give your suggestion a try!
