Dropbox downloads files bigger than 20 GB

Hi,   We are sharing enormous files sometimes with dropbox, files over 20GB/50GB and beyond, we've been doing that for a long time with dropbox but recently I've encontered a server error when do...

Our file is 22,3 Go. I'm using Chrome but I tryed with Edge and we got the same result.

Individual files or folders must be below 20 GB for you to be able to download them from our website.

For files of this size, I'd recommend using the desktop app instead.

Otherwise, you could try compressing the file to bring its size below 20 GB.
