Can't open keepass through Dropbox
I tried logging on to keepass it says go to provider which is Dropbox but now Dropbox comes up with KDB files can't be previewed it never said this before am on A71 Samsung Android
Hi all, thank you for your feedback on this. We've passed it on to the team for their consideration.
For now, if you want to open a file with the KeePass app, you can do so by tapping the three dots (in browse or in the preview screen) and selecting the "Open With..." option.

I began having the same issue this week. I can't conveniently send a screenshot at the moment, but the message is ".kdbx files can't be previewed", with an image of a very artistic unicorn. 🙂
I've been using this feature successfully for several years until it broke late last week, and it's one of my key uses of DropBox.I'm using the DropBox client version 346.2.6 for Android.
My Android device is a Pixel 4a (5G), with Android version 13, build number TQ3A.230805.001.
Thanks for whatever you might be able to do to help me restore this feature.
Thanks!

Hey there Digger1960, sorry to hear you're having issues with this,
Could you please let us know your device's exact OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well?
if you can also send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting, I'd appreciate it.
Keep us posted!
- Digger1960Helpful | Level 6Hi Walter how do I send screenshot!

You can attach a screenshot to your reply via the camera icon (insert photo option) within your reply's box Digger1960
If you're on a mobile device and not seeing it, you might need to request the desktop version of the site to bring the button up.
- Tommy-tamariExplorer | Level 3I'm having the same issue. Here's a screen shot.

That sounds like you're trying to open the files in Dropbox, rather than in Keypass.
I tried logging on to keepass it says go to provider which is DropboxCan you provide the exact steps (please be specific) of how you're trying to open your Keypass file? Screenshots of each step would be best, if you can.

Rich--
I will respond for my own case. Two easy steps...
1. Open the Android Dropbox client.
2. Tap on the name of my .kdbx file.
This always worked splendidly in two friendly steps until breaking last week with the "Can't preview..." message.
Thanks for your assistance.
