As an early adopter and through referrals and other promotions, I had 17 GB of storage. This morning I received a notification that I exceeded my 2GB storage allotment. It looks like I may have more than that, https://www.dropbox.com/events indicates that my storage was reduced to 6.75GB, but that is still 10 GB less than I had yesterday. What gives!?96Views0likes11CommentsDropbox referral storage space reduced to 2GB.
Hello, I've had my account for years (more than 10) with 10GB after all the tasks and referrals, but now my account is showing as only 2GB. I still have this account synced with local service that shows 10gb. What is going on? I checked the referral page and none of my referrals show either.31Views0likes3CommentsMy earned free space for some referrals was not credited
Hello Everyone, I frequently invite friends and family to join Dropbox, and as a Computer expert, I personally spent time ensuring their invitations were accepted hence i accepted the invitations myself. I also installed the Dropbox desktop app and mobile apps for document scanning (I'm an avid Dropbox advocate for document management and always shared with people how dropbox helped me). However, when reviewing the status of my referrals, the information appears incorrect as the invitation were accepted and desktop apps installed, all by myself. This issue has been ongoing for years, and though I’ve overlooked it in the past, I now feel compelled to address it and pray my referral space be credited as earned. Could you please assist in resolving this matter? I hope Dropbox credits me the space for these people i invited and managed the installations myself hence i was very sure the invitations were accepted. i 28/12/2021 s 31/8/2023 o 3/9/2023 k 19/9/2024 I invited these people and personally and assist them accepted the invitations myself, installed and set up their dropbox accounts and teach them how to use Dropbox to scan documents but the displayed status are not corresponding and no space of 500MB each were given to me. Please can you help me? Ofcourse there are other invitation where my 500MB were credited, these are not part of this complain 🙂 Thank you in advance for your time and support. Hello, Some years ago, I invited a bunch of people to install Dropbox with a view to earning extra storage space. Some did but many did not. Of these, I want to re-invite some who may now install Dropbox. But I'm unable to send a new invite - 'XXXX has already been invited'. How can I send such persons another invitation if they have not yet installed Dropbox?20Views0likes1CommentLost 6.25GB (of 15GB) from my quota when compared to yesterday's total
I have been a BASIC Dropbox user for years (Maybe 10?). I had accumulated 15GB via new users I had recommended as well as other bonus storage - all in addition to the initial 2GB and more. Yesterday I cleaned up (deleted) several GB to reduce usage 1.1GB in order to upload about 12GB. Today I logged into Dropbox to finish my project and noticed I now have ONLY 8.75GB of the 15GB of yesterday. ... What am I missing here - other than the storage space? ;-) Help, please. ... thanks a million (rather, thanks 6.25 Gigs)40Views0likes6CommentsI referred a friend, but I still haven't received the extra space.
I sent a link from my basic account to a friend. They used the link and on my account it said waiting for install even though they had downloaded dropbox.. Now when I put their email in the referral box it says they are already a user and is not giving me the extra storage. How can I address this?Solved27Views0likes1CommentWill I go back to my original storage limit after downgrading my account?
Hi, my Dropbox Basic plan has a storage limit of ~18 GB. I’m wondering, if I buy Dropbox Essentials (3 TB) subscription for couple of months and go back to Dropbox Basic, will my account continue to have the ~18 GB limit?Solved301Views0likes3Comments
