Bonjour, Je me permets de venir vers vous car je viens de libérer de l'espace sur ma Dropbox (je l'ai même complètement vidé...) Mais l'application me dit toujours que je n'ai plus d'espace libre, du coup je ne comprends pas. Je souhaiterai avoir quelques explications. Je souhaite continuer d'utiliser l'application mais je ne souhaite pas, pour l'instant, passer sur une offre supérieure. Merci d'avance pour votre réponse. Cordialement.
I referred a friend to Dropbox, but their referral has been marked as ineligible.
I referred to my friend but it shows referral ineligible. Could Support team add back my referral free storage bonus to my account? It seems my friend didn't know that he has to sign-up through my invite link and he just signed up by himself right after he got the email about the referral. He removed his account now but wish we can get the ineligible status wiped away and claim the free storage bonus to our accounts. Thanks in advance team!
The iOS/iPad app is reporting that I'm out of device storage
Both the Dropbox app on my iPhone and my iPad are stating I am out of local iPhone storage when I have plenty. I launch app and it says: “To continue using Dropbox, delete some files, photos, or apps from your device. Yet my iPhone 16 Pro Max shows I’m using only 199.09GB of 1.02TB And my iPad Pro shows I’m using only 322.48GB of 2TB.. So not using anywhere near all my storage so not sure why not letting me use the App. Can use fine on MacBook, windows and a Android Phone its only with the iOS Devices :-(
All Files Show ONLINE but computer space is not cleared.
Hello, is any one else having issue with dropbox listing all files to be "ONLINE ONLY" but computer storage is not being cleared. Huge issue on our end as the computer's capacity is 2TB and the files online (dropbox) are 2.12TB. The huge problem is, since the files are not online, my computer is maxed out and it started to be in operational. All the folders have the "grey cloud" and list 0kb which means they are not taking any space but my storage drive says it only has a few GBs available. I just upgraded my Dropbox subscription to increase space for my many photos. But I note now that I just have 553 giga of space. Is Backup taking up space and can I release that space to gain more for the many photos I want to put in Dropbox? Thanks
Allow Dropbox Family plans to add additional storage.
This is an easy money-maker for Dropbox. Right now, for some unknown reason, there's a storage cap for Dropbox Family Plans. Why? Makes no sense. Families grow... and as kids grow up, they have more and more videos to save/share. As such, allow the user to top up and add additional TBs of storage for $x/month. Dropbox created the Family Plan for a reason -- to keep families together and to differentiate it from a Business Plan. I get that. But why put a lid on the Family Plan? Let's families grow. And in the process, make more money this way. As a side note, Microsoft and Google make it super-easy to add additional storage (and charge for it). So Dropbox should make it super-easy for Family Plans to add additional TB of storage.Getting a message that my account is full even after deleting my files
I received a message that my drop box is full. I deleted all my Dropbox files on all of my devices plus the cloud. I still get a message that says my Dropbox is full please upgrade. If I upgrade will the same thing happen in a month?
