Getting a message that my account is full even after deleting my files
I received a message that my drop box is full. I deleted all my Dropbox files on all of my devices plus the cloud.
I still get a message that says my Dropbox is full please upgrade. If I upgrade will the same thing happen in a month?

Hi there Ray5809 - sorry to hear about this.
Could you clarify if you're referring to an in-app notification, a web notification or an email notification?
Also, what is your account's plan tab showing in regards to your quota?
Let me know what you find and we'll take it from there.

I had a 2 TB DropBox account, but I no longer need that much space, so I didn't renew my 2TB subsciption and was downgraded to the Basic account (2 GB). I deleted practically all files on my old DropBox account: the only folder left is less than 2 MB (1.6 to be precise) but I still receive and error message stating that my DropBox is full and that I am using 149 GB! I checked whether I had backup files but it is not the case.
