If I downgrade from a paid plan, do I keep my previous referral space?
I have 16.25 GBs of extra storage space because of promoting DropBox early on. If I upgrade to a paid plan, but then change my mind later, will I be able to keep this extra storage space?

Yes you will, however, while a paid user any space from referrals will double, when you downgrade it will go back to what it is now - so just something to keep in mind as it does sometimes confuse people.

Yes, you will. In fact, some of it will also double while you're on a paid plan. After you cancel your subscription it will return back to the 16.25 GB you have now.
Each referral bonus is worth 500MB while on a free account, and that doubles to 1GB when on a paid account. When you return back to a free account the 1GB is halved back to 500MB each.
