Dropbox on my PC and iPhone used to be perfectly synced. When I added or edited content on either, it would show up on the other usually within minutes. I recently got a new PC and when the installers set it up my DB worked great on my new PC. Except that I soon discovered that it was no longer synced to my phone. So I deleted my iPhone DB and tried to just sign in again on my phone in hopes that would solve the problem. Little did I realize that to sign in you requires username (e mail address), password and then DB sends a six digit security code to your e mail address (the one you used to sign in). The problem is that e mail address no longer exists, and I can't recreate it so I can't retrive the security code they send me to sign in. So now I've lost all my DB content on my phone and can't figure out how to re open that account on my iphone so that all of my PC DB files will sync to it. HELP! When I log in on my Android tablet, the newly sent code at the two factor authentication is recognized as incorrect. I tried it several times with a code that kept being requested again and again. At some point, when you try to log in again, it will be displayed that the email or password is incorrect. Then restarted the tablet and tried again - without success. What else can I do? Hello everyone, sadly I had to come her for help with a simple task. I had a free account for a while using a gmail username, but I upgraded last year to Dropbox+ using a different email username. However the free account seems to take over when I sign in and I need to delete it, but reading Dropbox instructions I will lose all my files and folders. Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan. My main account is not accessible anymore even though I was still using it often and was created before the others. Hi, can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder.
