I can't access my account after cancelling the Business plan

Haven't been able to access my account after business team was cancelled and all individual accounts are not able to sign in even though they all were created and separated before the business team and I didn't resubscribed to the plan. My main account is not accessible anymore even though I was still using it often and was created before the others. I was supposed to get help from Dropbox support to get access to my account again but I never received or got an email.

    I'm not quite sure about the issue you're facing; could you elaborate a tad?

    Also, when you say you were supposed to get help from our support team, do you happen to have a ticket ID for us or a link for your communication with us?

      I don't have a ticket because I can't get into contact with Dropbox on the actual account because I can't login into my account and the last two times I've been on community they ask for my email and I give it to them and they never sent a email

      Hey Antman7, thanks for the ticket number.

      From what I can see, this is a ticket to a Convo you had with our ChatBot, so it's not a support request with our team.

      To reach out to our support team and get a reply, you'll need to follow these steps:

      1. Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page
      2. Choose your issue type
      3. Click on "this did not solve my issue"
      4. Fill out and submit your request

       

      Let us know once you do this and you have your ticket number.

    That's not working I can't get access to my original account and Im not paying for a plan if I can't get my original account and I'll basically be paying more for no reason when my original account had a plan I created this so I can contact support because emails aren't working

      Hi Antman7, are you not able to create a support ticket in an incognito window and then accessing this link?

       

      What error do you get when you attempt this?

    /ticket/23613863 this ticket help me recover my account last time this happened and when my account got link to the business trial account it got deleted or said error email account doesn't exist

      I checked, and it seems that the tickets you opened, might have been auto-closed by our system, so I sent you a new one Antman7.
