Hey Antman7, thanks for the ticket number.
From what I can see, this is a ticket to a Convo you had with our ChatBot, so it's not a support request with our team.
To reach out to our support team and get a reply, you'll need to follow these steps:
- Open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page
- Choose your issue type
- Click on "this did not solve my issue"
- Fill out and submit your request
Let us know once you do this and you have your ticket number.
