Hi Everyone, I need help to cancel a subscription made on an account of a company for which I dont work anymore (no possibility to have access to the email service provider) therefore I don't have access to the account anymore. The payment was on my personal bank but the account was from the company and is not active anymore. How can I get in contact with dropbox to fix it? I already sent an email to supportand received an email saying it was an automatic inbox. I don’t find any answer to my issues in the faqs - learn - forum or billing questions. I would like to reach someone from the team to cancel my subscription (and the monthly payment). hello dropbow windows version is installed on my computer.I have two dropbox accounts.I logged in with one of them when it was installed.But I can't log in to my other account.Because there is no option to change account in the icon next to the clock, there is only quit.If I log out and start the application again, it automatically logs into the first account again.But this is very bad.8Views0likes1CommentI'm not receiving the password reset email. Hi, can't recover my other (older) account, which is obviously associated to another mail. I tried to get a mail to create a new password but I didn't find anything in the "inbox" and "spam" folder. Hi all, Accidentally, I clicked on spam email link received from fake Dropbox email address. Now, I lost access to all my Dropbox files, when I signed in back, it asked to reset the password, and then my business account downgraded to normal account and no files in it. Now, I cant reach customer care as its automatically downgraded basic account. Raised the issue with customer care through support portal, no one reached yet. One executive on the sales chat said, they will contact me on my phone, since 4 days they didn't reach me either. Complained to Dropbox Abuse team last week, no response from them. So it's my fault I didn't realize how important the data was to me (photos and such) and should have just upgraded to the paid version. I relied on DB has just my backup for all these years. I received an email assigning me a badge as a top contributor and the next day received an email with a badge as a new contributor. I have not used Dropbox in over 5 years. I cannot use any of the help because I don't have a plan.
