Why can't I see all my files on the site?
Why do I no longer see ALL my files on the front page when ALL my files is checked?

Hi Jay,
In the far left hand column, under "Home" it shows "All files" and you can scroll all the way down.
When you move to the right under "Dropbox" and you see the beginning of the files, you can't scroll down to see all of them.
Does that make sense?

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

No, I won't switch browsers (No Chrome). I turned on VPN and that didn't change anything.

It's just a test to see if the same thing happens. It's good practice to have more than one browser installed so you can test problems such as this, to help determine if an issue is caused by a browser, extension, or an actual problem with the site. This isn't specific to Dropbox, but applies to any website.

It's OK...I'm in the process of changing user names and passwords. I'll worry about it later. Thanks!!!
