I can't access the Dropbox site
I have a paid dropbox subscription, which was accessible to my mobile, iPad and Laptop.
I needed a new laptop. On dropbox.com, I can't get my files.
I cannot get access to my dropbox files on my Internet Explorer.
How do I do this?
I have tried the helpdesk bot, without success.
Whoops,
My iPhone and iPad are [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
my accidentally created new computer profile is [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
- my business email.
Hmmm!
Thank you CalvinDBX.
On my iPad, it has a link to 'connect a computer'- should I try this?
Do I have to cancel my arcamdigital profile first?

Hi jeffreysgreen1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser to access the Dropbox site.
You need to use another browser to view and access the site without any issues.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know!

Thank you Jay.
I have been trying to load on Google Chrome & Edge.
When I log into Dropbox on Edge, it brings up with only a few files recently created and added TO A NEW free subscription, not my existing subscription. The same files show in File Explorer.

It does not load all of the 100's of files I have on my dropbox accessible to my iPad and iPhone.
It's as if it has not recognised my paid subsscription.
What do you think is my next step please?

Hi jeffreysgreen1,
Just stepping in to help further here.
You most likely have different emails set up in each place, and one of them is correct, so let's find out which one!
Tap the person icon in the iPad or iPhone apps to see which email you set it to use there, since that's going to be the one you have your files in.
Let me know what you see!
