Unexpected error when downloading files from email on iOS

Unexpected error message when trying to download files from email on iPhone.
It was working at one point and the I started seeing this unexpected error message and to contact support.
Tried deleting Dropbox app and reinstalling but not working.
Help!

Hey @Mikeymo - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Could you please let us know your device's OS version and the version of the Dropbox mobile app installed there as well? 

 

Also, can you walk us through the exact steps you take to get to this error and send us a screenshot so that we can have a visual too?

iOS 17.3.1

Saving a pdf from outlook into Dropbox can’t post screenshot but here’s what it says.

“We encountered an error and could use your help. Please contact support and tell us what you were doing when this error occurred.”

Both are the latest version.
Also cleared browser cache and cookies but still nothing.
