I had a shared link with me, which was working until a month back and it's not working anymore.

The weird thing is, that shared link was not working on most of the devices and on 1 device I was able to access but couldn't be able to download them.

This is the message I got when I access that URL:

Hi @rajrayala, welcome to our Community!

Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Is it possible that the link was either removed or that the file was deleted?

Let me know more!
