Zip file wont decompress.

My zip file won't open when downloading it says Decompression failed, and when I try to open it here I get an error message saying that zip files are supported but something went wrong.....

this is a file with music in not very happy at all, anyone has any ideas to open it???

Which browser are you using to download the files?

Do you see any difference, if you download them from a different browser or a private browsing window?

Also, how large is the zip file once it is compressed and downloaded?

Hey @Elizmi, can you try a different browser, like me colleague suggested, to see if you get a different behavior?
