I cannot open or access any of my files from my vault!!! all gone, not there or I cannot see or access or download them. Did dropbox delete them all? I click on vault and enter my pin then no files on the screen, nothing to access. Help!!
Hey @Michael P.121, let's jump right into this!
If you search for some example file names directly using our search bar online, are you able to locate any of your files?
I'm asking, because we should check if they might have been located somewhere else.
Also, could you check your events page, and let me know what you find there? The events page gives you an overview of all activity in your account including files events (adds/edits/deletes).
