Can't view any documents in List View or upload using drag and drop.
Have been experiencing issues in Dropbox since the new update. Most recently, the list view is not working at all.
I can't drag and drop to upload documents, either. I have to go into the folder, then click "upload > upload file" and click on the file from my computer. The only way I can view what is in the folder is by using the grid view. When will this be fixed?
It seems this is a browser-related issue KirstenSynMod.
I'd suggest trying to clear out the cache on Chrome, and also check for any specific plug-ins that might be causing this.
If I were you I'd also restore the browser to its default settings and update it too. You can find the instructions here.
If you need something else, please let me know and I will be more than happy to help every step of the way!

Hi KirstenSynMod, I hope you're doing well!
If I understand this correctly, it sounds like you're referring to our website, right? Feel free to clarify if this isn't the case.
Do you use a specific browser when trying to achieve that? If so, then have you tried a different one by any chance and if so, did you notice the same behavior there?
Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I am using the website, yes. The browser is Chrome.

Hey KirstenSynMod, if you try a different browser such as Firefox, Edge, Opera do you notice that the same thing happens there?
I'm asking because these should be the options you have on your end, when trying to change the way you sort content inside a folder:

In Chrome on Mac, even after logging out and clearing cache ("All Time" setting), List View shows nothing below the selected folder. Grid View works, but we prefer List View. This began 2 days ago.

Hey there, CPDev, let's jump right into this!
I've merged your post under a similar thread, where others also noticed that.
Is it possible that you have enabled any plug-ins that could be causing that?
Have you also tried using an incognito mode or Private Browsing mode? If so, did you get the same results there? You can find instructions for this here.
If that doesn't help either, please restore your browser to its default settings and check again.
Thanks a bunch!
