I can't download an audio file from a link that was sent to me

A download link was provided for me to download a 10-minute audio, but the page appears with an error saying the following:

"That didn't work for some reason
If it's a fluke, it might work if you refresh the page. You can also ask us for help."

Hey @victornatalpoa_4, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community.

 

Are you getting this error when simply opening the link, or when clicking the "download" button to download the content?

 

Can you open the link from a different browser or a private browsing window, to see if you get a different behavior?
