I have a great, fast internet service.  I have tried 3 different browsers. My 7.9GB download fails every time around 3GB regardless of which browser is used Firefox, Opera, Chrome etc. The download speed is below 5MB/s. None of the browsers allow me to restart the download where it failed.

Welcome to the forum, @downloadfails123!

Out of curiosity, are you receiving any errors, when the download fails each time?

Can you also test this out via an incognito window, and let me know if there’s any difference?

I’ll be here, when you’ve got more info.

It actually failed the download faster from within a private window. It got 2.49GB pulled down before the failure. I guess Dropbox doesn't work for larger files.

Thanks for giving that a go! The size of the files you’re trying to download isn’t too large, so you shouldn’t be having this issue.

Let’s try something else together.

What I’d like you to do is open your default web browser and clear its cache, check for any pending updates, and also disable any possible plugins.

If none of this works, let me know which browser you used, as well as its current version.
