Hi, I have a problem with a link to a Dropbox folder that I see empty in the web browser on one device, but on another device I can see the correct files that should be there. On both devices I'm logged in with my account, but when I open the link on the PC I get the message "This folder is empty", but on the laptop I can see all the subfolders and files. Where could the problem be? Thanks for the advice.
Hey @Panhouba, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Pretty weird issue, but let's see what we can find.
Do you see the same behavior no matter which browser you use to open the link on the PC?
Try clearing your browser's cache as well, to see if that helps.
Let me know what you see.

Hi @Hannah, yes, it's a very strange issue indeed. I have tried clearing the cache in the browser and the problem persists. I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge and still only see an empty folder. I find that when I open the link in the web browser on my iPhone, the folder also looks empty, but when I open the same link in the mobile app, I see all the subfolders and files correctly.
Thanks for the update, @Panhouba.
Hmm, is this a link that someone sent you or one that you created from your account?
If it's yours, do the files appear fine in your account, when you navigate to them (without opening the link)?

It's a link to a work folder with pictures and videos that a colleague sent me. It worked properly all the time on my PC, but about two days ago this problem appeared, that instead of the folder contents I only see the message "This folder is empty".
Have you reached out to your colleague, to make sure the files are still in their location in the folder? Just in case.
