Did you receive this via a shared link to a folder which is accessible only via the browser, or a shared folder that is added to your account?
What is the file extension of the files when trying to preview them?

Hi Jay!
It was an email that said I was invited to edit a folder and then provided a link to the folder. The folder then opens in my dropbox account. Im not sure about the extension. When I click one of the files, it says that "files without extensions cannot be previewed".
- Jay3 years agoDropbox StaffIt sounds like these files don't have an extension such as test.jpg, where the .jpg is the extension.
Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing on the site?
