Dropbox Account Looks Different From My Entire Team

When I log into my company's Dropbox account using the standard username and password it looks completely different from the rest of my team. I am seeing different folders, can't access necessary files and also can't seem to get into contact with a support member based on my company's plan...

I used to be able to login to the correct Dropbox account but something changed and I don't know how to fix this issue.

Thanks for posting on the forum, DreamboxUser100!

If I get this right, the Dropbox account you’re signing in to is part/member of a Business team, correct?

Is it possible to send over a screenshot of what you see and provide the names of a few files/folders you’re missing (unless the names can’t be disclosed publicly), so that I can have a visual?

Let me know, when you’ve got more updates.

      Hi Nancy,

We have folders dating back to 2019 and folders for every month within those folders as well. However, when I log in, I only see four folders that I am not familiar with and all other files are missing. There are only two out 10 of us that have this issue.

Unfortunately I don't believe I can send screenshots since this is a public conversation. If you have an email, I'd love to send you further information!

      Thanks

To be clear, is each person a member of a Business team account (each having their own login) or are you all using the same login to access the account?
