Can I have different folder access on different devices?
If I have 2 devices linked to my account, and I have 4 main folders in Dropbox, can I set one of my devices to only have access to 1 of the folders, not all 4? And still have the other device have access to all 4 folders?

Are you sure you're signed in to an account that has a paid subscription? Look at your Plan page. What plan does it show? If it says Basic, the account you're signed in to doesn't have a paid subscription, so there would be nothing to cancel.
If that's the case, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account you're being charged for. Once you identify the correct account, you can sign in to that account and cancel the subscription.
If you're unable to sign in to the account or you can't locate it, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
