Storage Space

Dropbox says I'm out of space but not ( seems like this is not an isolated issue). File size doesn't appear for my five folders, I have not reached the 2GB, no backups. Any other ideas/solutions is appreciated.

What does your Plan page show for your actual usage breakdown and total space?

You need to make sure the Size column is visible, then you can calculate the folder size.
Size column is showing with two dashes at each folder
Hi @pk15, did you follow all the steps in the article @Rich posted in order to calculate the folder size?

Technically, I did not since the size column shows but just -- listed in the size column. I did manually add two of the folders, 142kb and approx 1500mb
of the other. I don't know how to make the "number" show in the size column either.

The link I posted in my earlier reply (and here, below) explains how to show the size of a folder in the Folder column.
