my client has bought 2 TB of space and gave me access to a folder, but after reaching out for the 2 GB space it keeps showing error and gett out of space .. what do i do mow?

Hi @imteaj uddin 

 

Your client has 2TB of space. You do not. 

 

Therefore you also need to upgrade to access the files as shared folders use the quota of everybody involved. 

 

If you only need read only access ask for a shared link instead.
