I was losing my storage and I had 4.5 Gig.
I could not update my file's and suddenly I was using 4.5 Gig of my 2.0 gig space.
I added the extra storage for 2 Tetra out of lack of choice or respond form Dropbox.. But I originally had 4.5 gig due to the fact that i introduced several people and they added dropbox. So i had 2.0 Gig of standard free plus 2.5 Gig for bonus for bringing new clients.
I don't have access to the notes because all have changed.

Do you happen to have another Dropbox account, associated with a different email address of your perhaps mmakabeh?
Also, have you managed to grab a screenshot of your plan tab for us?

No not at this time - no other account .
As I was stressed and lost some of my updates in teh last few days last week. I ended up signing up for am upgrade.
If you could access my account your will see that i had approx. 4.5 Gigs and the system says I only had 2.0 Gigs of space.. How could that be possible since i had twice as much data in 2.0 storage space??
