Not receiving 6 digit verification code
I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay...

Hey Jay,
I had previously added the no-reply@dropbox.com email to my contacts and that did not solve the problem. I was able to pull out my old computer, thankfully, and the code was being sent as a notification and not as an email. So I am in now but if I had not been able to resurrect my computer from the dead things would still be a problem!

hi Hannah I need help too. I cant login because i didnt receive any 6 digi code from my company email. Im using my google account to leave a support chat. I cant login using my dropbox email to access here. Please pm me if you need my email.

Hi Apy Yap, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to pick an email to which you can receive and send emails from.

Hi,
I am having this issue too and now i am using another email to post as i totally cant login my dropbox account due to the 6 code. I have added the dropbox email address in contact and tried but it failed to receive.
From my google password management that is the another email address i used to store my work stuff. But not i not able to access. Please help.
