Hello!

I tried reinstalling dropbox, tried advanced reinstalling. 

This does not help.

I try load Dropbox 178.4.4811 Offline Installer.x64.exe   - not help

After start DB i see new damp file in C:\Users\123\AppData\Local\Dropbox\Crashpad\reports\

si, vorrei risolvere questo problema

oggi ho provato di nuovo a reinstallare Dropbox, ma una volta fatto l'icona è sparita dopo circa 30 secondi

today i tried reinstalling dropbox again, but once i did the icon disappeared after about 30 seconds

questa mattina ho acceso il PC e incredibilmente l'icona di Dropbox era al suo posto, ha fatto la sincronizzazione dei file e ora che sono passate diverse ore l'icona è ancora li.

Sembra quindi che il problema sia sparito, non so se per un intervento del team Dropbox, se a seguito di qualche aggiornamento Microsoft o per motivi misteriosi, ma per ora funziona

this morning I turned on the PC and incredibly the Dropbox icon was in place, it did the file synchronization and now that several hours have passed the icon is still there.

So it seems that the problem has disappeared, I don't know if due to an intervention by the Dropbox team, if following some Microsoft update or for mysterious reasons, but for now it works

I'm having the same problem as Massimotx, client doesn't start.

In fact, I can see how the Drobox.exe processes die in task manager some second after launching Dropbox.

Uninstalling and reinstalling had the same effect commented by Massimotx, at first couple of reinstalls, Dropbox starts and tries to sync, after some minutes it dies.

New reinstalls don't even get so far, now the process Dropbox.exe dies after few seconds.

No error messages, only dump files in the Crashpad folder as mentioned by the other user.

Please comment how did he (or Dropbox team) got to solve it.

Hi @Agrest S., could you try reinstalling the Dropbox desktop application, without uninstalling it first, by using this link?

That was our first attempt, didn't work either. Just tried again after your suggestion, no luck.

Thanks for your help, but still no solution.
