My account was hacked, I have no access to it
Hello. Please help! I've tried multiple ways of getting this sorted the past week and keep getting the bot run around.
My account was hacked and they somehow created a new account with a basic plan. I have a paid plus plan and when I log in now, it takes me to an empty account. All the files are gone and it's a different user name (same email though). Since it still shows the correct email, there is no way to get to my original account. What do I do??

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

I've tried to contact support repeatedly and they are not helping. Any other tips?
