My Dropbox account and files have been deleted. How can I restore them?

My account and files were deleted. I have had this account since 2015. Suddenly, all my files are missing, and there isn't a way to restore them. These photos are significant. Please help with this matter. I was a paying customer.

Why and how were they deleted? We need more info here because usually they are unrecoverable.
