I tried to login to my account and got an error that it was deleted

Hi:

 

I changed banks and forgot to update my billing in Dropbox. Additionally the account was connected to an e-mail which I don't use often so, I was looking for some files and kept seeing that the filenames were in tact but the files were listed as being "zero bytes" in size. So I tried to log into Dropbox to see what was happening and got the "This account is deleted" message. 

This account is deletedPlease re-register with a new account or wait 21 days to re-register with your current email.

Now all of my files (12 - years worth of my business) are gone and I can't find anyway to get in touch with Dro

Hey @jcherry26, I'm sorry to hear about your account.

 

When was the last time you accessed your account before this?

 

Was the account part of a Dropbox team or on an individual plan?
