Hello,
Our company’s admin Dropbox account was deleted due to locked state. However, other team members who had access to files shared from this admin account can still view them. I need to delete some of these files, but since the owner account (admin) was deleted, I no longer have control over them. When I logged back into the admin account, a new profile was created, and all previous files were missing.
Is there a way to assign admin rights to one of the existing members with access to these files, so they can control and manage them as an admin?
Thankyou in advance
Bandana
Hey there @Bandana - sorry to hear about this.
I'm afraid this isn't an option, but have you tried reaching out to our support team for further assistance with this by any chance?
They'll be better equipped to help with this with account specific information, that's why I'm asking.
If not, let us know here and we'll reach out from our end via email to investigate.
Thanks!
Walter
