I no longer have the device used for the 2FA and I don't remember my recovery words.
I don’t remember my recovery words, I don’t know how to find them. I’m concerned that if I log out, I can’t log back in. I no longer have access to the device it’s requiring me to authenticate with.

The simplest thing to do is download everything immediately, make a backup so that if you are logged out you can recover the data and THEN try and get them from www.dropbox.com/account.
If needed just set up a new account with the downloaded data.
