I can't sign into my account to accept shared files from other users

I can't sign into my account to accept shared files from other users

recently i have shared files from others to my account on dropbox , but i cant open or store these files because of when i sign in to my account throw share window it appears that (password combination) ,, and i absolutely sure of the password ,, so how to solve this problem?

Hi @000_111_22, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Could you clarify that you're trying to log into to the Dropbox site directly from this page? Are you already logged into your account from the mobile app or desktop app?

 

Have you tried to reset your Dropbox password to see if you can login afterwards?
