Why when I log in to my account, it says my account has been deleted? What is the reason and how can I solve it?

I can't remember, is there any difference between these two? What are the corresponding solutions?
Not sure if there is actually a solution, but I would definitely suggest reaching out to our support team, who will let you know exactly what can be done.
To contact them, open a private browsing/incognito window, go to this page, choose your issue type, fill out the form and submit your request.
Let us know once you have your ticket number.
