How secure are my files on Dropbox and can they be accessed by the employees?

Is my content physically accessable by dropbox and how can i be assure that my data is safe and caanot be leaked or shared ?

Rest assured that Dropbox employees can’t access your files or see their contents. 

 

As for your security concern, you can see more details here and here on how Dropbox keeps your files secure.

Does dropbox team physically look into content in the account? What is the surety that my content is secure ?

That is technically not correct. Dropbox can access your files if they need to (for example for legal reasons) as per this help article.

If removed by Dropbox data would be removed if there was no legal reasons to keep it (for example law enforcement action).

So, it means in some cases they have access to anyone’s files and that is the breach to private data of the users. Is this the secure platform yet?
