How can I link another user's computer to my free Dropbox account?
I have Dropbox Free and am allotted three computers. I use two. How do I add and sync my wife's laptop as the third. She already has a Dropbox account.

The third would be a third one of your devices using your log ons.
You want to create shared folders between you and her for whatever data you wish to share - just remember it will use both of your quotas: www.dropbox.com/share

Hi Pw37,
May I know if your wife has the same free plan as yours or she is on a paid plan?
Regarding your intent to link your own Dropbox account with your wife’s laptop , she needs to logout from her Dropbox account on the Desktop App so you can log in yours. Once logged in, the system will now detect your account and will automatically register the device as your 3rd device on your account. Hope that helps .
