E-Mail service cancelled by ISP - can't receive authentication ID to change email

ISP cancelled E-Mail account, thus can't change my e-mail address nor login ID, because authentication counts on old discontinued e-mail. How do you get around this?

Hey @Hugh Campbell! Thanks for your post today.

Just to clarify, are you trying to sign in to Dropbox and you’re being asked for a one-time code that’s being sent to the inactive email address?

Did you verify your Dropbox email address, once you created your account?

If yes, you should be able to update your Dropbox email address without having access to the old one necessarily (Dropbox usually asks for your current password to complete the process).

Let me know, and we can go from there.
