Hi, I'm trying to login to one of my DB account. I rmbr my password for this, but it then sent a 2 factor authentication to a redundant email address. Is there any way to recover this? Thanks

Hi, I can't access the email address unfortunately. it's an old work email which I'm now locked out of?
Hey @KevBrat, just to clarify, and make sure we're on the same page it sounds like you're referring to our one-time security code, right?
I'm saying that because you mentioned 2FA, which can be sent either via a mobile app or text message.
