I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
Before immigration, login dropbox never needs me to check 6-digit code in email.
After immigration, it needs me to check 6-digit code in email. (same computer)
My email account was disabled (long time no use and I forgot the password), I can't login to my email to check the 6-digit code.
I only want to login Dropbox without check email 6-digit code, so what can I do?

After moving email to MS365 servers the address connected to a dropbox account was missed by the IT team and remained dead for almost 1 year. This accont has now been created out on MS365 but it would seem that dropbox has now stopped trying deliver to this email address, no doubt due to bounced emails, so we are unable to get password reset and 6 digit code emails from dropbox to log back into the account. How can I move forward to resolve this issue ?

when I go to login to my dropbox account, the email associated with my account has been disabled. Therefore, when I am sent the 6 digit verification code, I do not have access to it. Can I have the code sent another way?
Hey @AZ13, thanks for reaching out and sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
The issue is that without access to the email address associated with the account, there's no way to verify ownership of the account.
Is it possible to reach out to the email service provider, to ask them to re-enable the email?
Or can you recreate it?
