Can't access email to get 6-digit code

    Paddy123, is there any chance you have any devices that are still linked to that Dropbox account (via a desktop/mobile app)? 

     

    If yes, please check their notifications as the one-time code may be there.

     

    Let me know how that goes.

Hey 1115shy, since this is the only way we can communicate, we can send you an email there and then we'll go through the process for the actual account that you need to access. Is that okay?

      Yes I can access that dropbox from that email. But it is not my original dropbox. The one I want to access had 9 GB of my old stuff.
