Can't access email to get 6-digit code
I can login successfully, but needs me to check 6-digit code in email.

Hi
my account is on a email address of my old employer, I can not get hold of the 6 sigh password sending to me to log into my old account, currently losing a lot of money monthly, the address is [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] I want to cancel the subscription, how do I get hold of somebody and not n robot to assist me, my bank cannot help me

Without access to the email address you won't be able to sign in to the account. Your best option if you need to sign in is to contact your old employer and see if they can give you access to the email, or at least forward you the security code when it arrives.

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
