Wrongly charged for a Dropbox subscription for years when I only have a Basic account
hello, I only ever had a dropbox basic account, but now my ex-husband told me he has been charged for my dropbox account for years!! I am infuriated! I cannot even contact CS, because my plan doesn't allow that option. They are using an Amex card, that expired in 2018! I know and he knows, he should have checked his account better and more often, but he's a very busy person and fortunately he will not hold me accountable. We also don't know, how and why they even got these details. I tried checking in with old email addresses, but I coudn't find anything. I also searched in any inbox possible, but only find mails to encourage me to upgrade. He is talking to Amex right now and I just send him the proof, that I only have a basic account. How on earth can I get in touch with CS to stop this madness? And it's not a small amount either, around 120 Euro/year.
Please help me with contacting these people and with any other advice/tips you might have. Thank you!

Sorry to hear about your experience, svlier.
Is it possible that this was an account set up for someone else?
I would suggest using our payment lookup tool, to see the email address of the account, to get an idea.
Let me know what you find.
