Someone is using my credit card to pay for their dropbox charge via paypal
I don't have an account with either Paypal or Dropbox (I only registered this Dropbox account a few days ago in order to speak out my situation / sort out the issue). However, I have a few charges on my credit card with Paypal *Dropboxinte 35314369001 as references. I believe some criminal is using my credit card on paypal to pay for their dropbox service. Can you please investigate this, catch this criminal and refund me the charges asap? My last post had led to an email from community@dropboxforum.com but my reply to this email address wasn't delivered.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Dropbox cannot charge you if they don't have your billing information. If you've been charged and didn't give them your billing information, then someone else has and you should be contacting your bank and/or PayPal.
