Hello,
Someone is using my card to fund their dropbox. I don't even know who they are.
Please help me cancel all recurring charges. Thank you.

If somebody is using your card you need to lodge a fraud report with your card company as you need a new card number. Dont rely upon Dropbox to sort because they'll use it elsewhere as well.

Sorry to hear about this, @Rhianna23.
In this case, I would suggest contacting out support team directly.
To do that, open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" section, choose "other" and type in an email address you can access.
Fill out the rest of the form and submit your request.
When you have your ticket number, send it to us as well, so we can find it in our system.

You need to contact your card company - somebody is defrauding you and cloning your card. If they do that here they will do it elsewhere.
